1. How to factory reset my device
- Press the left key to open ‘Menu’
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Press ‘Reset’
- Select ‘Master Reset’
- Select ‘Yes’ to confirm
- Enter ‘1234’ in order to unlocked the safety lock for this option
Wait a moment for the device to restart and factory reset.
Warning: Factory reset is final and there is no way to undo them. All media, files and data will be erased from the mobile device.

- Tap on the left key to open ‘Menu’
- Tap ‘Settings’.
- Press ‘Display’
- Select ‘Main Display’
- Select ‘Wallpaper’
- Choose the image to place as wallpaper and press the center key to select it.

To add a widget:
- Press the left or right button to find a home screen that you wish to adjust.
- Find an empty space on the screen and press select.
- Select the ‘Add’ button.
- Select a widget.
To remove a widget:
- Press the left button.
- Select the ‘Remove’ widget option.
- Press left button.
- Press ‘End’ and confirm the change.

To place a security lock on the phone, do the following:
- Press the left key to open ‘Menu’.
- Select ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Security’.

- Re-enter the PIN and press the left key.

- Press ‘Alarm’ to turn it on if desired
- Choose ‘Repeat’ to turn it on if desired

- To add details, press ‘Details’ and type it in
To delete a calendar event:
- Do steps 1-4
- Highlight the event you’d like to adjust
- Press the left soft key to open the ‘Options’
- Press ‘Delete’
6. How to turn on or off airplane mode
- Press on the left key to open ‘Menu’.
- Choose ‘Settings’
- Press ‘Phone’
- Press ‘Airplane Mode’
- Turn it on or off
- Press ‘OK’ if turning ON.
Airplane mode automatically turns off all sorts of data, calls, messaging or Bluetooth.
7. How to take a picture
- Tap the left key to open ‘Menu’.
- Press ‘Camera’
- Point the device towards the object or person you’d like to photograph.
- Press the center navigation key to take the picture
- To view the image, press the right soft key right after taking the picture.

- Press down the left key to open ‘Menu’.
- Press ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Memory’
- Press ‘Memory Card’
- View the storage amounts available or amounts currently used.

To disconnect from a network:
- Do steps 1-2
- Select the network you’d like to disconnect from by pressing the center navigation key.
- It is now disconnected
9C. How to turn on or off roaming
- Tap the left key to open ‘Menu’.
- Press ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Network’
- Press ‘Data Service’
- Choose ‘Data Roaming’
Suggestion: Data Roaming will cost on your plan unless it is included.
9D. How to turn on or off Bluetooth
- Press the left soft key to open ‘Menu’.
- Choose ‘Bluetooth’
- Then Tap left soft key
- Press ‘Bluetooth’ to turn it on
- Choose ‘Search for New Devices’
- Press the device to connect to
- The usual password to connect is 0000
To disconnect
- Use the center navigation key to disconnect from device
10A. How to enable or disable my own caller ID
The only method of how to block your own number from being seen by others when you are calling them, is do dial *67 prior to typing in their phone number.
- Press the left soft key to open ‘Menu’.
- Press ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Call’
- Press ‘All Calls’
- Press ‘Show My Number’
- Choose the desired option.
Tip: Press *67 to disable Caller ID before placing a call to prevent your caller ID from showing up.
10B. How to forward my calls to another phone number
- Press the left soft key to open ‘Menu’.
- Press ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Call’
- Press ‘Voice Call’
- Press ‘Call Forwarding’
- Choose the desired options. For this example, press ‘Always’
- Press ‘Forward To’
- Insert the number
- Press the left soft key
To turn it off, press on ‘Status’ and adjust to ‘Deactivate’.

To remove from list:
- Do steps 1-6
- Highlight the number to remove
- Press left soft key

To add a new contact to an address book:
- Press the right soft key
- Press left soft key to select options.
- Choose ‘Create Contact’
- Choose where to save the contact
- Type in the first name, last name, phone number etc

- Press the right soft key
- Highlight the contact

To update the software:

To delete a full thread:
- Select the conversation
- Press left soft key
- Select ‘Delete’

Auto Delete:
- Press ‘General Settings’ in phone
- Then, press ‘Text Messages’ or ‘Multimedia Messages’ to adjust their settings
13A. How to close all running applications.
- Press the Multitasking key (it is the key right under the right soft key)
- Scroll all the way right to the ‘Close’ icon
- Press the center navigate key to close all running applications.
13B. How do I change the language on my phone?
- Press the left soft key
- Then press ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Phone’
- Press ‘Language’
- Choose the preferred language.
13C. How do I insert a SD into the phone to add memory space?
You can add up to 32GB using a MicroSD card by doing the following:
- Use a coin or a similar shaped item to turn the metal counter-clockwise to unlock the back cover.
- Un-click the cover from the little notch on the left hand side.
- Remove the battery.
- Insert the MicroSD card into the slot assigned for it.
- Replace the battery correctly by making sure that the metal contacts align with those on the phone.
- Close the cover and ensure that you hear the click.
- The round metal lock mechanism needs to be activated, so re-insert the coin into it and turn it clockwise to lock.
- All done! You now have up to 32GB of extra space for pictures and music.
13D. How do I replace the battery?
