You can expect better and more reliable overall performance. And the battery life is markedly longer compared to older Aristos, particularly with typical use.

Now, you shouldn’t expect it to wow you; this is still an entry-level smartphone. But it packs a decent punch for the hardware you get.

Modest as it is, the Aristo has a few highlights that make it a great choice for professionals on a budget.

Design

Measuring 5.82 x 2.8 x 034 inches, the Aristo is a mid-size phone. And it’s pretty lightweight at 5.15 ounces.

You get the design characteristic of LG base models. There’s a 5.7-inch FullVision display with minimal bezels, but this isn’t an edge-to-edge screen. And there’s a teardrop notch for the front-facing camera.

The Aristo has a MediaTek processor with eight cores running at 2GHz. You also get 2GB of RAM.

Unfortunately, the CPU isn’t on par with Snapdragon of similar speed. The phone works pretty well – up to a point. Then, if most of the RAM is consumed by the apps, the Aristo might freeze.

Lastly, the Aristo comes with 32GB internal memory, but the custom Android eats almost half of it. The good thing is that you can add 32GB more with a microSD card.

Connectivity is one of Aristo’s strongest suits. The smartphone supports LTE, and you won’t struggle with the internet connection or reception.

Other than that, the phone supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 to connect your wireless headset or computer. And you can make the Aristo into a hotspot but don’t expect to be able to link too many devices.

The Aristo has a fixed 3,000mAh battery. The manufacturer states that you get 24-day standby time and 10-hour talk time. But the reality is a bit different.

The phone will last a full day with casual use and low screen time. The good thing is that the software is well optimized to conserve the battery, mainly because the CPU isn’t too demanding.
