Q: Where is Mr Aberthon located?

A: Orange, Connecticut USA or 510 Boston Post Rd, Orange, CT 06477 to be more precise.

We are only available by appointment only, but we offer FREE shipping all across the United States of America. We also ship internationally, but cannot guarantee free shipping for all international purchases. Please contact us before you request an international shipping order.

Q: Do your hotspots come with a data plan?

A: No. You will need to insert a SIM card. The advantage of our hotspots are that they are completely unlocked. You will be able to connect any data plan to the hotspot device, or just connect it to your existing family plan without even updating your contract.

Q: What is Mr. Aberthon’s return policy and warranty?

A: Thumbs Up Mr Aberthon offers an amazing 14 day return policy that covers all devices that are listed on our website. If you return your device you will receive the full deposit. Mr Aberthon does not charge any restocking or handling fees.

In order to qualify for a return policy, the product ID number will have to match the number on the device that we sent out (to protect us against scammers and fraud) and the device will need to still be in mint condition.

Q: Are all the devices unlocked?

A: Yes. Every device listed on our website is complete unlocked and will work successfully on all SIM plans throughout the USA.

Q: Will the unlocked hotspots work with international SIM cards?

A: Yes. Though there are a few exceptions. You can ask us if your international plan will work with the device. If you purchase the hotspot and the device doesn’t work on your plan, you can send it back within the return-policy-window.

Q: Can you list some of the networks that your hotspots work with?

A: Almost every single GSM network around the world. To be specific, here are some of the more popular ones that our customers ask about: Vodafone, Claro, O2, Digicel, Telcel, Orange, Telenor, Optus, Tele2, Rogers, Fido, Chatr, Bell, MTS, Virgin, Telus, Koodo, Telstra and AT&T.

Q: What is all the fuss about Bands? What is the main band used by the major US carriers?

A: It depends. Each network has a few, but here is a list of each carrier’s #1 used band, which will be used by default unless the others have better service.
AT&T uses bands 2, 4, 5, 17, with 17 as its main channel. In turn,  T-Mobile uses 2, 4, 12, with 4 and 12 as the main channel. Verizon uses 2, 4, 13, with 13 as it’s main channel. Sprint uses 25, 26, 41, 25 as it’s main channel.

Q: Do you have any current promo codes?

A: Yes. From time to time we post a discount to our FAQ page. Right now, if you type MRABERTHON2017 into the Coupon Code section of the Shopping Cart, you will receive an automatic 6% discount. This promo-code will expire soon!

Q: Do you ever run out of hotspots or mobile devices?

A: Yes. We only have a limited amount of hotspots. If you want to purchase a hotspot, we suggest you snatch it before they are all gone.

Q: What condition do the devices come in?

A: All the devices are brand new (unless otherwise noted) and are placed within our branded retail packages.

Q: Will the hotspot connect to all my wifi devices?

A: Yes. All of our hotspots are compatible with all wifi-enabled laptops, printers, mobile devices, and gaming devices.

Q: When will my overnight shipping order arrive?

A: If you ordered your item before 4pm Eastern Standard time, you will receive it the next day. If you ordered after 4pm, you will receive your order on the following morning. Please note that we will only enable overnight shipping if we have the ability at that moment to fulfill the overnight shipping.
